As a bonus service we help many clients that join our Homeownership Program to find a home that they can acquire through the popular rent-to-own strategy.  We are able to take the time to help bring future homeowners and current homeowners looking to sell together in mutually beneficial relationship. (This option will require a down payment on the sales price of the home. In order to participate in our customized search program you will have to provide us with a fully refundable deposit that will count towards the down payment of the home that we are able to acquire for you.)
